Periferia Productions Ltd

PERIFERIA Productions Ltd. is a film and media production company. It was founded in 2002 by producer Outi Rousu who has worked as professional in film since 1985.

PERIFERIA produces feature films, shorts, documentaries, television programmes and international co-productions for all audiences - for both children and adults. PERIFERIA works actively as producer and co-producer in film production throughout the world. Their films have been screened in all five continents and have received numerous awards. Pystymetsä Ltd. (Upright Forest Ltd.) is a sister company of PERIFERIA. Pystymetsä acts as a local expertise for film and advertising companies and provides tailor-made services on film production. In addition Pystymetsä provides services on education, research, consulting and information in the social and health service sectors with the special focus in children’s and young people’s welfare.
